1. Services
EngraveWorx3D provides laser engraving, laser marking, personalization, commercial identification marking, and 3D printing services for consumer and commercial applications.
2. Custom Orders
Most products and services offered by EngraveWorx3D are custom-made or personalized.
Because of the custom nature of the work:
- Production begins after order approval.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, spelling, names, dates, dimensions, and design approvals before production begins.
- EngraveWorx3D is not responsible for customer-approved spelling errors, formatting mistakes, or incorrect uploaded artwork.
3. Artwork & Intellectual Property
By uploading artwork, logos, text, or graphics, the customer confirms that they:
- Own the rights to the submitted material, or
- Have authorization to reproduce and use the material.
EngraveWorx3D reserves the right to refuse any order involving:
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark infringement
- Offensive, hateful, or unlawful content
- Unauthorized commercial logos or branding
The customer assumes full responsibility for submitted content.
4. Product Variations
Laser engraving and marking results may vary slightly due to:
- Material composition
- Grain patterns
- Surface coatings
- Anodizing variations
- Powder coating differences
- Natural wood characteristics
Minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown on the website may be estimates or starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Material
- Quantity
- Design complexity
- Engraving area
- Production time
- Shipping requirements
Orders may require partial or full payment before production begins.
6. Turnaround Times
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as approximations only. EngraveWorx3D is not liable for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Supply chain issues
- Customer approval delays
- Equipment maintenance
- Weather or force majeure events
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngraveWorx3D shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Customer misuse of products
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
8. Commercial Marking Disclaimer
Commercial marking services are provided based on customer-supplied information. Customers are responsible for ensuring all serial numbers, model identifiers, compliance markings, and regulatory requirements are accurate.
9. Website Content
All website content, graphics, branding, and layouts are the property of EngraveWorx3D unless otherwise noted.
10. Changes to Terms
EngraveWorx3D reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
