Refund & Return Policy

Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of laser engraving and personalized production:
Custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
- The wrong item was produced
- The engraving differs substantially from the approved design
- The product arrives damaged due to production defects
Customer Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- Spelling
- Names
- Dates
- Artwork
- Dimensions
- Layout approvals
Orders approved by the customer are considered final.
Shipping Damage
If a shipment arrives damaged:
- Contact EngraveWorx3D within 5 days of delivery
- Provide photographs of the damage and packaging
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Customer spelling mistakes
- Customer-provided incorrect artwork
- Minor engraving/material variations
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Custom products already produced
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
