Artwork & File Upload Policy

Ownership of Uploaded Files

Customers certify they own or have permission to use all uploaded artwork, logos, trademarks, and files.

File Quality

Customers are responsible for supplying files suitable for production. Additional design/setup charges may apply for:

• Low-resolution images
• Vector conversion
• Artwork cleanup
• Redesign requests

Prohibited Content

EngraveWorx3D reserves the right to reject content that is:

• Illegal
• Offensive
• Hateful
• Sexually explicit
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

Production Approval

Final production is based on customer-approved proofs when provided. Once approved, the customer accepts responsibility for content accuracy.
