Refund & Return Policy

Custom & Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of laser engraving and personalized production:

Custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • The wrong item was produced
  • The engraving differs substantially from the approved design
  • The product arrives damaged due to production defects

Customer Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Spelling
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Artwork
  • Dimensions
  • Layout approvals

Orders approved by the customer are considered final.

Shipping Damage

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • Contact EngraveWorx3D within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the damage and packaging

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer spelling mistakes
  • Customer-provided incorrect artwork
  • Minor engraving/material variations
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Custom products already produced

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
